My approach to growth is mindfulness-based. It works best when in addition to sessions clients practice mindfulness for at least three minutes a day to leverage ‘Eternity Now’. Eternity Now unlocks the full power of consciousness by marrying ancient timeless wisdom with the immediate impact of present moment awareness. Eternity + Now = Intuitive Life Awareness.
We always begin sessions in the Now. This affords us possibility to work with what is actually happening. The particulars of your current situation are all that really matters.
One-hour intuitive coaching sessions are $75. All fees can be applied on a sliding scale basis if needed from 50% to 100%.
